How do we book with you?
Once you submit an inquiry, I’ll send over availability and next steps. A signed contract and retainer officially reserve your date.
Do you help with timeline planning?
Yes—this is a big part of what I do. I’ll help guide your timeline so everything flows naturally and you have space to actually enjoy your day.
When will we receive our photos?
A 25% non-refundable retainer and signed contract are required to secure your wedding date. The remaining balance is split into scheduled payments leading up to your wedding, with the final payment due 30 days before your wedding.
Do you offer payment plans?
Sneak peeks are delivered within 2–3 weeks.
Final gallery delivery depends on coverage:
6 hours: 4–6 weeks
8 hours: 6–8 weeks
10+ hours: 8–10 weeks
How many images will we receive?
You’ll receive all the best images that pass culling. I don’t limit your gallery by a specific number—I focus on telling your full story.
Do you travel?
Yes! Travel within 75 miles or 1.5 hours of Colorado Springs is included. Anything beyond that, I’ll provide a custom travel quote.
What happens if our timeline runs late?
I’ll always do my best to accommodate delays. If coverage extends beyond your contracted time, additional hours can be added.
Do you work with a second shooter?
Yes—second shooters are included with 8+ hour wedding coverage and may be added to smaller packages if desired.
What happens if something unexpected comes up?
In the rare case of illness or emergency, I will make every effort to provide a trusted replacement photographer or work with you on a solution.
Do you give posing direction?
Absolutely. I’ll guide you when needed while still keeping everything feeling natural and not overly posed.
Can we request specific photos or a shot list?
Absolutely. I’m happy to work from a family photo list or any must-have moments, while still documenting the day naturally as it unfolds.
Do you provide RAW or unedited images?
No—final images are delivered fully edited in my style to ensure a consistent and polished gallery.
